Cancellation policy

The Dermastamp subscription in brief: you can pause or cancel the subscription at any time, there is no minimum commitment period. Foxpost parcel locker delivery of subscription orders placed in Hungary is free of charge on every occasion; in the other countries of the European Union the usual shipping fee applies to subscription orders. The 30-day money-back guarantee also applies to the first package of the subscription: if within 30 days you decide it is not for you after all, we will refund the full price of the package and, at your request, cancel the subscription. Our store may offer some of its products as a subscription, as a pre-order, or as try before you buy. This cancellation policy describes how you can modify or cancel purchases of these types. Subscriptions
With a subscription you receive the given product several times, at regular intervals. For how long and at what frequency depends on the subscription you choose. We store your payment details securely and charge the appropriate amount to your account each time you receive the product, unless you pay the full price of the subscription in advance. Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. With a pre-order you can buy a product that is not in stock at that moment, or that will only enter the store's range and become available in the near future. In such cases, at the time of payment we either do not charge the payment method you have chosen at all, or we deduct only part of the full price, store the chosen payment method, and at a later point in time fulfil the order and charge the remaining amount to your payment method.
You can cancel pre-orders that have only been partly paid for and have not yet been fulfilled. Pre-orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be cancelled, but you can request a partial or full refund for them. You can read more about returns and refunds in the return policy. Try before you buy
If you buy a product with try before you buy, we authorise the payment method you have chosen before the order is fulfilled. You get a certain amount of time to decide whether you keep the product. If you have not sent the product back by the time that period has elapsed, we charge its full price to the payment method you have chosen.
