Refund policy

Scope. This policy applies to products purchased in the Dermastamp.hu webshop (Tóth Marcell Balázs egyéni vállalkozó, Hungarian sole trader). The dermastamp is a single-use, skin-penetrating product of a hygienic nature, therefore special rules apply to taking back an opened product.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee (voluntarily undertaken)

Try out the first stamp. If within 30 days of receipt you decide that the product is not for you after all, you may request a refund of the purchase price of the whole package, for the opened and the unopened stamps together.

  • You do not have to send anything back. For the refund an e-mail to info@dermastamp.hu is enough, with the order identifier and the e-mail address used for the order.
  • The refund covers the full purchase price of the product, not the shipping fee.
  • In the case of a subscription, the guarantee applies to the first package of the subscription. At your request we will also cancel the subscription.
  • The guarantee may be used once per customer.
  • After approval, the refund is made using the original payment method. In the case of cash on delivery, by bank transfer to the account number you provide.
  • This guarantee is a voluntarily undertaken additional service and does not affect your statutory rights set out below. In the event of obvious abuse, the guarantee may be refused.

2. 30-day return for unopened products (voluntarily undertaken)

You may return an unopened dermastamp with intact packaging within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund its purchase price. Conditions: the product is unused, the packaging is unopened and intact (including the seal film or seal sticker), and you have the document proving the purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

3. 14-day right of withdrawal (European Union)

If you purchase as a consumer and we ship to the territory of the European Union, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Hygiene exception: the dermastamp is a product which, for health protection and hygiene reasons, cannot be sent back after the packaging has been opened, because we are not in a position to guarantee that the product is untouched, unused and uncontaminated. The right of withdrawal can therefore be exercised only for unopened products with intact packaging. If you have already opened the product, the 30-day money-back guarantee above is available to you.

You can indicate your intention to withdraw in three ways: with the online withdrawal function "Elállás a szerződéstől" (Withdrawal from the contract) available in the footer of the page (after logging in to your account, at your order), with an unambiguous declaration by e-mail, or with the model declaration below. For a withdrawal submitted with the online function you will receive a confirmation by e-mail without undue delay. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the declaration before the deadline expires. You have to send the product back within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.

In the event of withdrawal we will refund the purchase price of the product and the basic delivery fee (the amount corresponding to the least expensive usual shipping method) within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal, in the same way as the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have proved that you have sent it back.

4. The return procedure

To start a return, write an e-mail to: info@dermastamp.hu. Please state: the order identifier, the reason for the return (optional), your name and the e-mail address used for the order.

Return address: 2030 Érd, Fürdő utca 18/D 3. We are not in a position to accept parcels sent without prior arrangement.

5. The cost of the return

In the case of a return due to withdrawal or a change of mind, the cost of the return is borne by the customer. In the case of a defective, damaged or incorrectly sent product, we bear the cost of the return. The 30-day money-back guarantee involves no return, so there is no cost either.

6. Damage, defective performance, wrong product

After receipt, please check the parcel and notify us by e-mail without delay if it arrived damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered. In such a case we will examine the matter and provide an appropriate solution (replacement, substitution or refund).

7. Refund

In the case of a return we will notify you as soon as we have received and checked the returned product. If it is approved, we will make the refund using the original payment method. The bank or card processing time may differ depending on the provider.

8. Products that cannot be returned

The dermastamp cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, for hygiene and health protection reasons. We are not in a position to redeem gift cards.
