A large study with independent measurement that looks at microneedling alone for wrinkles does not exist, the researchers themselves write that this is missing.
It can't be predicted in advance by what percentage your wrinkles will fade. Anyone who promises such a number is making it up.
The weak point in this evidence
The "epidermis +52%" figure circulating online comes from a single-patient case report, where an exosome serum was applied alongside the needling (PMID 40988937). This is not wrinkle evidence.
My own forehead wrinkles
The photo is of my own face, from personal use. I also used a skincare routine alongside it, so I can't separate out what microneedling contributed on its own. There's no clinical study behind it, and your result may differ.
What it's good for, and what it isn't
Collagen, fine lines, texture: the mechanism is defensible here.
Deep, static wrinkles: limited at home, a clinic (laser) may offer more.
Wrinkles fully disappearing: there's no evidence for that.
The stamp helps when there's something to build on: a basic skincare routine (cleansing, moisturizing, morning sunscreen). If you don't have that yet, start with it, and add microneedling afterward.
Only start if you can take sun protection seriously. Because of the fresh micro-channels, the skin is temporarily more sun-sensitive: no direct sun or tanning beds for 24 hours after the treatment, and after that a daily high-factor (at least SPF 30) sunscreen, especially in the days following the treatment. UV breaks down collagen and can cause pigmentation, so without sun protection UV can undo what the needling started.

Collagen is in the dermis. The needle reaches that far: a controlled micro-injury, to which the skin responds with wound healing and new collagen.

The skin is not a finite reservoir. Microneedling is a micro-stimulus, to which healing and stronger tissue are the response. The one real rule is the rest interval (about 2 weeks for the face).
There's no evidence for the fear of telomere shortening.
Will it leave scars on my skin?
The needle makes many small, separate punctures: intact skin remains between them, and regeneration starts from there, which lets it heal without scarring. Linear, "track"-like scars come from sideways movement (dragging), and the stamp rules that out exactly: one press, one lift, no dragging.

The dermaroller drags by design: it rotates, punctures in and out at an angle, this is the "track scar". The motorized pen is a vertical device, but it runs continuously: if you drag it across the skin instead of lifting it between two points, a linear mark can form there too. This is user error, but an easy one to make. The manual stamp works without a motor or rotation, at a fixed 1 mm, with a single motion: there's nothing to get wrong in the motion. That's why, for home use in an untrained hand, this is the most controllable, hardest-to-mess-up form, you're in charge the whole time. The remaining risk is excessive pressure (especially over bony areas), so don't force it and don't go beyond 1 mm.

Will I use up my skin if I needle a lot?
No. Markers of senescent (aged) cells decrease, fresh fibroblasts increase. The only rule is the rest interval (about 2 weeks for the face).
Does it hurt?
A little, tiny needles. Most people describe it as tolerable. Not painless, but not agony either.
Is this for me, or should I get something else first?
If you don't have your basic routine yet (moisturizer, sunscreen), get that first, it gives a bigger return. The Dermastamp is an advanced, additional step.
Who it is NOT for
Prohibited on the eyelid and the thin skin around the eyes. This is the thinnest skin on the face. If you read anywhere that a 1 mm device can "treat crow's feet", that contradicts the product's own documentation.

What do the studies referenced here prove, and what do they NOT prove?
Important: these studies support microneedling as a method, typically with clinical devices (roller, motorized pen, radiofrequency device), under medical supervision. No study has been done with our device, and we have no study of our own. We're bringing the mechanism home, as safely as possible: many good effects are possible, but we can't guarantee anything.
Collagen declines over time, and prevention is easier than repair. I'm not rushing you: this is simply how it works.

What to expect?
Does it hurt? What to expect the first time?
Personal experience
Not pleasant, but in my own experience, clearly bearable. On the image I marked how sensitive I found each zone:
- Green: easiest. Forehead, most of the face.
- Yellow: noticeable, but comfortable. Around the eyebrows, nose bridge, jaw.
- Red: more sensitive, but short-lived. Nose, under-eye area, around the mouth. Don't stamp near the eyelid or inner corner of the eye.
In my experience the scalp is less sensitive than the face. The first session feels the most unfamiliar, but based on customer feedback, most people expect it to be worse than it is.
How long does your skin stay red?
In my experience the redness on the face fades within a few hours, with little trace left by the next morning. In more sensitive zones (nose, around the mouth) it can take a bit longer. On the scalp it's less visible, mostly covered by hair, and settles faster.
Don't wear makeup the next day. Sun protection is required.
What's allowed and what isn't after stamping? →Personal experience, not a clinical study result. Individual reactions may vary.
What shouldn't you use it for?
Don't use it on irritated, sunburned, actively inflamed, or infected skin. Not recommended for open wounds, active acne, eczema, or psoriasis-affected areas. If you take blood thinners or are under dermatological treatment, check with your doctor.

How do you know it's enough? How hard should you press?
It's not about force. Work with vertical, precise motions: straight in, straight out. Go over each area several times to cover the whole zone evenly. The device's 1 mm needle length helps you avoid going deeper than needed.
The goal is even coverage and controlled technique, not force.

It undergoes electron-beam treatment during manufacturing. Not a sterile device, disinfect it according to the instructions before each single use. It retains its factory cleanliness until the packaging is opened.
