Dermastamp.hu operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, with the aim of providing its customers with a personalised shopping experience (hereinafter: the "Services"). The Dermastamp.hu store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you visit and use the store, purchase products, or carry out other transactions using the Services, or otherwise contact us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing and disclosure of personal data.

  • Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation): anonymised session replay (replaying user sessions), heatmaps (click and scroll maps), and analysis of user behaviour. The data include the anonymised IP address, device information, browser type, time spent on the page, scroll and click patterns. We operate these tools with the help of cookies and similar tracking technologies. The data processing is based on your explicit consent, which you give by accepting the relevant categories (Analytics, Marketing) of the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.

How we disclose personal data

In certain circumstances, for lawful purposes, we may disclose your personal data to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include the following:

  • To Shopify, to suppliers, and to third parties providing services on our behalf (e.g. IT management, payment processing, data analysis, customer service, cloud-based storage, fulfilment and shipping).

  • To our affiliated companies or otherwise within our group of companies.
  • In connection with business transactions, such as a merger or bankruptcy proceedings, in order to comply with the applicable legal obligations (including responding to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce the applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

Relationship with the Shopify service

The Services are powered by Shopify, which collects and processes personal data about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and develop the Services. We transfer the information you send to the Services to Shopify, and share it with Shopify and with third parties which may be located in a country other than your country of residence, in order to provide and develop the Services. In addition, in order to protect, grow and develop our business activity, we use certain enhanced features developed by Shopify, which include data and information originating from interactions with our Store, with other merchants and with Shopify. In order to provide these enhanced features, Shopify may use the personal data collected about your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with Shopify. In such circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal data, including responding to your request to exercise your rights in connection with the use of personal data for these purposes. Information provided in public or semi-public places, including information shared on third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or by users of such third-party platforms, without us or a third party being able to restrict its use. Children's data

The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data about children in your care who have not yet reached the age of majority. Before we accept a request received from a representative, we ask the representative to prove that you have authorised them to act on your behalf, and we may also ask you to verify your identity directly to us. In accordance with the applicable legislation, we will respond to your request in a timely manner.

International data transfer

Please note that we may also transfer, store and process your personal data outside your country of residence.

Where we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the United Kingdom, unless the transfer is made to a country that has been found to provide an adequate level of protection.

From time to time we may update this Privacy Policy, among other things to reflect changes in our practices, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will publish the modified Privacy Policy on this website, change the "Last updated" date, and send a notification in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Pont Klub loyalty programme and treatment log

If you join the Pont Klub loyalty programme, we process the following for the purpose of operating the programme: your customer identifier, your point balance and point movements, the identifier and amount of your orders, your referral code, and the discount codes created for your redemptions. If you use the treatment log, we process the dates of the treatment occasions you record and the area of use you select (face or scalp). The legal basis of the processing is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and in the case of the treatment log the consent you give by using it voluntarily (Article 6(1)(a)). We store the data in our own system that operates the programme, we do not pass it on to third parties, and in the event of a request to delete your account we delete it within the relevant statutory deadline. The treatment log does not contain a medical diagnosis and is not suitable for one; it records solely the usage schedule of the device.
