This is our own loyalty program. 6% of every purchase comes back as points (8% on subscription orders), and you redeem your points for products in the point shop: a full pack of 4 dermastamps or skincare. Every point you earn stays yours forever, and it will also be redeemable on our future products. This is our way of saying thank you for staying with us.
How it works
- You earn points. 6% of your purchase comes back as points (8% with a subscription), no matter what you buy or how you pay. We credit your past orders retroactively.
- You redeem them in the point shop. You'll find it on the Products page: your points get you a product. The pack of 4 dermastamps (14,990 Ft in the shop) costs 6,600 points. As a subscriber it's added to your next shipment, otherwise it comes with your next order.
- You subscribe, if it's convenient for you. The pack of 4 dermastamps arrives automatically: every 4 weeks for the scalp, every 8 weeks for the face. As a subscriber it's 1,500 Ft cheaper, and 2,500 Ft cheaper from the 4th pack onward. You can cancel or pause it anytime.
Frequently asked questions
Do my points expire?
No. Every point you earn stays yours forever, it doesn't disappear quarterly or every six months. What you've collected stays yours.
How do I redeem my points?
In the point shop, at the bottom of the Products page. You pick a product, and its point price is deducted from your balance. As a subscriber the product is added to your next shipment; without a subscription you get a coupon code, and it arrives with your next order.
Why is a point worth more in the point shop?
The point shop is our loyalty reward for those who stay with us. The pack of 4 dermastamps costs 14,990 Ft in the shop, and 6,600 points in the point shop.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling is one click, and beforehand we show you exactly what you'll lose: your subscriber price and your cycle count. We never take away your points though, they stay yours either way. You can also pause or skip a shipment anytime.
What is a point actually worth?
A point becomes a product in the point shop: the pack of 4 dermastamps costs 6,600 points, for example. Earning them is simple: 6% of every purchase (8% with a subscription) comes back as points. Your points will also be redeemable on all our future products, so over time your points represent an even greater value.
Can you lower the value of a point later?
No. What you've collected will keep the value it has now.
What happens if I return an order?
We deduct the points credited for that order. This is automatic, and it only applies to the refunded amount.
